Coaching philosophy: We train keepers with a focus on technique. "Inside-out goalkeeping" means setting a solid technical foundation focusing on stance, footwork and catching. Once a solid base is established we round out the keepers education with instruction on handling crosses, breakaways, extension diving, tipping back to the bar, 3 goal situation, pass backs, distribution, defensive organization, etc. When these techniques are in place we create a training environment to enhance these skills and develop training ethic among our keeper corps.
